The WRF is showing significant moisture in the boundary layer as a low pressure begins to move out to our southeast.  Clouds will begin to clear as we approach 0z Friday and the atmosphere appears to be quiet with dry conditions.  The next chance of precipitation appears to occur 12 z when a system off to the southwest will make its way into Pennsylvania.  The southern tier of the state (including Pitt Metro, Laurel Highlands, Ridge and Valley, and the Capital Region) will be affected with snow flurries/mix precip for Sunday morning.  This system will eventually engulf most of the state by 18 z Sunday which will bring the chance for scattered rain showers/mix precip for the remainder of the day.
