Synopsis
The upper-level low keeps clouds around a cool temperatures until it moves out over the Atlantic later today.
Short-term (Friday - Sunday)
Locations could quickly go from cloudy to mostly clear as the upper-level low pushes off: dew points at 850mb drop 1-2C per hour on the WRF, not so much on the GFS. The region warms and clears briefly under a small, fast-moving, but sharp ridge for Saturday; we're going a few degrees above MOS for the high. The differences in the size and sharpness of this ridge correlates to the disagreement of the timing of Sunday's system, as the GFS is much faster than the WRF and the UK. Regardless of the timing, this system has plenty of moisture to work with, and the SREF indicates that > .25 in. is likely across PA. The WRF is dryer in east PA, while other ensemble members have enhanced the rainfall along the mid-Atlantic coast.
Long-term (Monday-Tuesday)
Many areas warm right back up on Monday ahead of a secondary front associated with the low over Canada. There isn't too much moisture with this front, and showers may be limited to the northern areas of PA.
