Synopsis…
High pressure is in control through Monday. A couple of disturbances will likely bring showers during the middle of next week.
Short Term…
We see low RH values through the entire atmosphere for much of the weekend, with two exceptions. One is the potential for fog. The other is a backdoor cold front on Saturday and Saturday night. We think the chance of seeing a few clouds is high. As far as precip, chances are that no one will see any rain, but there is a chance that someone in the northern counties will see a brief sprinkle or shower; either way, we don't have rain in the forecast. Temps rise each day as the wind shifts more southerly with the center of high pressure slowly moving east, but a northwest or west flow keeps temperatures from approaching record territory.
Long Term…
High clouds begin to build in either late Sunday or Monday. The models have been trending a drier solution for most locations during the day Monday, but there is still a notable chance of showers Monday night and Tuesday. For once, the GFS is wetter than CMC, so we don't have a good read on this. The chance of rain on Wednesday seems more significant, though out of the forecast period.
